Books to Read: Winning by Jack Welch
Jack Welch hits a homerun on the story about his rise in General Electric and the strategies he took to be both a good manager and a good leader.
My favorite parts of the book were the ones that encouraged teamwork over individualism, fairness over politics, and firing people versus keeping incompetent people on board and happy. Like the last book I recommended, this one should be copied and sent to Congress as well.
