States Continue to Struggle

Thanks to research I was able to do on a great website called "The Sunshine Review," I've been able to do a little analysis of state budget shortfalls by year.  Now, many states have cut their expenses (and employment) in advance of some of these 2011 shortfalls.  As we can see by the chart, the states' shortfalls are far from going away.
