Milton Friedman Discusses Having the Right System vs. Having the Right Man

History is full of situations where societies have depended on the right person to guide them out of a crisis versus having the right system. The reactionary and ineffectiveness of our government over the last century should serve as an example that direct government intervention only creates massive amounts of government spending and high amounts of debt.
